Program: Rise in Rankings
Rise in Rankings is a program operated by Known Together Photo LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rise in Rankings program and services provided by Known Together Photo LLC. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through website forms and opting in to receive communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from Known Together Photo LLC related to the Rise in Rankings program including enrollment confirmations, appointment reminders, customer support responses, program updates, and promotional communications.
Message frequency varies depending on user interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For assistance reply HELP.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participation in SMS messaging services requires users to be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Rise in Rankings, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or participate in the program.
Payment and Refund Policy
The full course price is non-refundable. A three-month payment plan may be available.
If a scheduled payment is missed, the client will be given a two-week grace period to correct the payment. Failure to pay within the grace period may result in removal from the program and loss of access to course materials without notice.
If the client wishes to rejoin the program after removal, all missed payments must be paid in full along with a $250 re-enrollment fee.
Course Access
Clients receive lifetime access to course materials hosted on Skool. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course itself, not the lifetime of the client.
If the course is discontinued, removed, or replaced, access to the materials may end and Known Together Photo LLC is not obligated to continue hosting the content indefinitely.
Conduct and Participation
Clients may not share login information, course materials, or proprietary content with others. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without refund.
Known Together Photo LLC reserves the right to remove participants from the program or community spaces for misconduct, harassment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Results Disclaimer
Rise in Rankings provides education and strategic guidance related to SEO and business growth. While the strategies taught in the program are based on proven principles, Known Together Photo LLC does not guarantee specific business results.
Client outcomes depend on individual effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside the control of the Company.
