Terms of Service

Course Name: Rise in Rankings

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Rise in Rankings, you (“Client”) agree to abide by these Terms of Service, which form a binding legal agreement between you and Known Together Photo LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Payment & Refund Policy
The full course price is non-refundable.
A three-month payment plan is available. If a scheduled payment is missed, the Client will be given a two-week grace period to correct the payment.
Failure to pay within the grace period will result in removal from the program and loss of access to all course materials and support without further notice.
If the Client wishes to rejoin after being removed, they must pay all missed payments plus a $250 re-enrollment fee.
By selecting a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all payments in full, regardless of course progress or completion.

3. Course Access
Clients receive lifetime access to course materials hosted on Skool — defined as the lifetime of the course itself, not the client’s lifetime.
If the course is ever retired, discontinued, or removed from Skool, access will end, and the Company is not obligated to provide continued hosting or alternate delivery of the material.
Lifetime access includes future course updates for as long as the course remains active.

4. Program Delivery
The beta version of Rise in Rankings will be taught live.
Future versions of the course will be pre-recorded and hosted within Skool.
Some collections of the program may include weekly coaching calls, while others may not. Coaching access is only included if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm whether coaching is included before enrolling.

5. Conduct & Participation
Clients may not share login information, course materials, or proprietary content with anyone else.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program and community spaces at our discretion for misconduct, harassment, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content within Rise in Rankings — including videos, templates, frameworks, written guides, and strategies — is the intellectual property of Known Together Photo LLC.
No portion of the program may be copied, reproduced, repurposed, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Results Disclaimer
While this course provides proven strategies, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes.
Client results depend on individual effort, implementation, market factors, and business conditions.
Any testimonials provided are examples of past results and are not promises or predictions of future performance.

9. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
By enrolling in Rise in Rankings, you consent to jurisdiction in New York courts for any disputes arising from this agreement.
